We ship UPS so it is important to have an address NOT just a PO Box. Everything is fully insured so if there is breakage (very rare) we will refund your money as long as you notify us immediately. We securely capture your credit card but we will not charge your order until it is shipped. If there are any issues related to the delivery (out of stock, for example) we will e-mail you and give you other options. You can see the actual shipping charges by clicking on the checkout link and filling in the details. We default to regular Ground delivery and you have the option to cancel before you fill in the Credit Card info.
